Hmmmm, I had a pleasant surprise this afternoon. I manage to get a scholarship from the University. A wonderful birthday present I would say.. hehe =)

Anyway I've moved to Blogger, although I appreciated Xanga's free site, I only joined because my cousin is part of Xanga, (http://www.xanga.com/shykull), and I wanted to make a comment on his site, and will continue to do so. However, I didn't like the ugly banner on the top of the page and the limited amount of skin compared to Blogger.

I'm kinda tired today. Slept approximately 7 hours, even with a short nap in the evening. Well, I celebrated my birthday by asking a few friends over to my house for drinks. Some played PS2, some went outside for ciggies, some just drank and talk shit. The BBQ was cancelled unfortunately, but I will revive next weekend... maybe on Boxing Day (26th Dec).

Chris didn't even drink beer and look what he's doing to me. I tried to act cool. Hoong mesmerised with the PS2, I bet he came to my house just for the PS2 and the cake was payment... fair trade I guess =)

Chill out session at the kitchen table. BTW, Jeff came to a close second for being Drunkard of the Night. Ah Boo picking his nose.. hehe.

My strategy not to get drunk worked so I smirked evilly.

I appreciated the gifts, especially those which promote my health (sarcasm). Eddie got me a carton of Mild Seven Lights, and Ah Boo, Albert and Ivan got me the butane lighter with funny lights on it. The rest brought drinks, and I thank them. We smoked, drinked and talked all night. Great time... especially for a windy and rainy night.

Another wet day, at least I've got the PS2 to play with this. I've got some friends coming in tonight to chill out during my pre-birthday celebration. I was thinking of organising a siao-yek BBQ, and I visualised it as wet (not rainy), dark and full of smoke. Again, I haven't contacted anyone yet, only a few people and the weather isn't helping with the organisation procedure.

Anyway, I better get something to eat. I actually got something to blog about, maybe tomorrow. No pictures today....=P

I am so fucken bored. The network in my workplace is down for the past 3 days due to an unknown virus. Fortunately, it has been fixed today, and now I have to clean my virus-infested work PC. I got shitloads of work to do since I got a meeting this coming Monday to tell the bosses what I did......

Oh yah, I went to the physio to check my left knee. The physio said my left knee is feeling discomfort due to my weak quads. Grrr.... thank goodness it's raining this weekend, no sports of any kind ... Yipee....

To other news, I have to cancel the BBQ tomorrow at my house due to extremely bad weather. It's a mixture of events, my 23rd birthday, graduation of my two buddies, celebration of summer, the return of my HK friend, and last but not least, I-got-nothing-to-do-on-Sat-so-I-go-kacau-Jengis-day .... hehe

Well, I seriously don't have much to say at the moment. But I have been reading on issues about outsourcing, job opportunities overseas (since I'm Malaysian), China and the recent US election. Other interesting stuff I read are the effects of media.

Anyway, I was at a friend's graduation yesterday. I took a few photos. Take a look.
